I think my favorite drugstore lipstick has to be the Super Lustrous line from Revlon.
There is a huge range of shades and finishes. The packaging is simple but classic. It is sturdy enough to handle being tossed in my bag without me worrying about the lid popping off, and sleek enough for my pocket. There is no scent and I can get them for about $5 each at Walmart or Target.
When I was just starting to get into makeup I saw a bunch of YouTube videos and blog posts about Mac lipstick dupes, specifically in the Revlon line, so I went a little overboard accumulating these.![2015_03_06-79](https://colorcollector.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/2015_03_06-79.jpg?w=199&h=300)

![Kiss Me Coral - 750 (Creme)](https://colorcollector.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/kiss-me-coral-750-creme.jpg?w=300&h=225)
Kiss Me Coral is a rich coral. I’m not sure how I like this one on me. It might be a bit too yellow for me…or I need more bronze-y face products or a tan. Hmmm…something to try again this summer if/when I get some color.
![Pink Velvet - 423 (Creme)](https://colorcollector.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/pink-velvet-423-creme.jpg?w=300&h=225)

Black Cherry is a deep burgundy. It’s a great fall shade and I like wearing is lightly as a stain.
![Raisin Rage - 630 (Creme)](https://colorcollector.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/raisin-rage-630-creme.jpg?w=300&h=225)
Raisin Rage is a warm brown which goes well the the current 90s lip trend. I think it makes me look a little vampy so I need to play around with how best to pull this one off.
The Shine finish shades are sheer but very easy to wear for a hint of color. The Mattes are comfortable enough but can be tricky to apply evenly. The Creme and Pearl shades are a breeze to put on and are my favorites. To the best of my recollection, all of these wear off very nicely.
Overall, I love this lipstick line. There are some hits and misses but I really just need to make an effort to pull these out and cycle through them!
Here are swatches of all of these Super Lustrous shades on my arm.
